Weighed myself this morning and as usual, the needle stopped at the same point as last week... Duuuu.
Quite disappointed and thinking, why is that so?!
I jog, eat less carbo food, seldom drink carbonated drink, drink at least 1 litres of water each day(except on weekends,hee) but my weight seems to be the same, no changes. -_-.
IM SO DISAPPOINTED!You know.. Sometimes I just feel so tired and DISAPPOINTED that I even think of stopping all the above "rules" and dont bother about which food has less fat, which is more healthy, etc etc. The feeling is not good at all if you dont get to see any improvement at the end of the day.
I THINK, I got to stop all my
tibit-ing then!
And, someone jus said "I AM FAT!" thou he's kidding. BUT I dont take it as a joke! Kill HIM!
