Wooo~~ Its Friday!

Ok, some random updates for last week.
Bought something to pamper one another. :)

For him

A cardholder

For me

Tried Chatterbox famous Chicken Rice & I thought that the price for just 2 set of chicken rice is way too steep. Thou the view from 38th floor is quite romantic?

Had a 3-games of bowling with Val & Bf last saturday & I can say, "Boooo to me" haha!
Later that night, we met up with my dear boy's frens. Through chatting and they came to a really sudden conclusion which is; they're going for a short getaway.... which is TONIGHT!
Fast&Ons-People, I can say.

Anyway, its a shorty update. :)
Enjoy the weekends, peeps!

Peektures - Vietnam.
Thanks to Christine's contribution to some of the peektures as well. hee.

Day 1
Their airport

Surprise that their airport waiting area is just along a road? ...

Got into my uncle's car and the moment he drove out to the main road.. We saw tons of motorbikes. Oh my..
You got to use the "JustDashAcross" the road technique when you're crossing over to the other side. You barely see many traffic lights..

Buffet dinner @ Winsor hotel, thou the food tasted so-so only but it did make us feel-so-full after that. haha.

A group pic without my uncle & wife thou..

While waiting for my uncle to get the car. We took some photos with their daughter's son. He's a cutey. hee

A pic with my uncle's wife & her daughter. Standing beside me is my uncle's daughter & next is his wife..Cant believe that they're mother&daughter hor.. Heee.

Went for a foot massage after the dinner and poor Christine & me, got "blue-black" on our legs after that. -_-
Outside the shop.

Tada, our stay at my uncle's place. Its so neat & tidy, they really have a nice house! :D

This photo is taken from Christine. And did you notice that in front of my mum is actually me? Yes, there's a "hole" on the wall which either way; anyone can look through it. Hmmm, quite interesting but somehow quite scary at night if your imagination is "good". -_-

Dong Dollars!

Day 2
A view out of their balcony.. which looked totally different from each side
(Fields & small huts over the opposite side & high-rise flats on the our side..)

In the car, on the way to a restaurant for our breakfast.

Had vietnamese food over at this place and conclusion is, their local food dun really taste nice to us. I find their food tasted quite bland.

Just 3 dishes for our breakfast.
Both Christine & I quietly said,"Uh, no more liao ar?" Hahaha!

Their famous coffee

Really lots of motorbikes man..

Next to the famous Ben Thanh Market which there arent any things that interest us except some polo tees for guys..

My uncle told us that this is a must-take photo. Its an historical building. I think its already 100years old?

Next to Zen Plaza - a place something like our BHG.

A night shopping which is just outside the Ben Thanh market. This is the place where my parents & uncle got more than 10 polo-tees which cost only SGD$7.50each(of cos, you need to bargain to get this price)..

Rain rain rain..

We had our dinner at this fast food restaurant call Lotteria! My mum and grandma stayed in the car to wait for us so this is quite a "fast-dinner".
I missed this fast food restaurant in Japan & thus, I felt "extremely-satisfied" after eating this in Vietnam. HAHA!

Yup, on the left is my uncle. Hee.

The food!
You got to wait awhile for their burgers as they'll only prepare the burgers after ordering. So they're hot and crispy! :D

Day 3
Woke up real early as our flight back to singapore is at 7am(which is singapore time-8am).
Its 5am in the morning...

Thats the place where my uncle stays.. Like our HDB flats..

While on the way to the airport..

Reached the airport and definitely we got to take a photo with my uncle & wife before leaving!

Its a nice & memorable trip...
